Bidding is on the comment! These are just the TOSGeneral✦ Beginning the adoption process means that the buyer has read through and accepts the terms of service listed
✦ My work is NOT permitted for ANY AI or NFT use!! AI users will be denied service.
✦ My username MUST be clearly credited somewhere with the design, this can be either in a credits panel, in a bio or tagged on a ref sheet.
✦ I am not accountable for ANY actions twitch or any other streaming services may take against you from the design! You will NOT receive a refund if Twitch (or anywhere else) decides the design breaks TOS.
✦ All commercial and noncommercial rights for the design are included. The artwork only includes noncommercial rights. (i.e you can use the design to make merch but you cant use the artwork for that merch.) I can explain further if needed.
✦ I am allowed to use all pieces for my portfolio / as samples.Payment and Refunds✦ 100% of payment is required to receive the design, anything above $60 can be broken into payment plans
✦ Backing out once is ok but multiple blackouts will get you black listed!!
✦ These are final sale! No refunds unless the sale is canceled on my end (which would be a full refund unless it’s due to the client ghosting / 48h after missing a payment plan date with no communicated agreement beforehand!!).
✦ If there is a cancellation the client holds no rights to any aspect of the design!Revisions✦ I will make MINOR revisions to the work. This includes:
✧ Minor design changes
✧ Adding additional smaller details like jewelry and tattoos
✧ Adding / removing animal features
✧ Any color changes
✧ Coverage options for twitchReselling and Giveaways✦ You may NOT purchase the design to resell it unless something is being added (i.e. vtuber model / pngtuber, emotes, additional art, etc.) I must be informed if this is the intent and have the right to deny service if I feel this term is being abused.
✦ You MAY purchase the design to give away for FREE! This does not require any additional art like above!
✦ Whoever receives the design MUST read through and agree to my TOS as well as continue crediting me for the design.
✦ I MUST be informed of the design being resold and who is receiving it before it happens!
